Most Messianic congregations and leaders affirm biblical inerrancy as understood in evangelical Protestantism. The Bible is the supreme authority for faith and practice, and teachings are tested against Scripture. While various hermeneutical approaches are employed (literal, typological, prophetic), the fundamental reliability and truthfulness of Scripture is upheld. This commitment to biblical authority is central to Messianic Jewish faith and identity.
