Salvation through faith in Christ; healing and deliverance as signs
The Zion Christian Church teaches that salvation is received through personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation includes both justification before God and the practical experience of healing and deliverance from evil. The church practices baptism by triple immersion as required for full membership. Salvation is understood as ongoing participation in the healing and transformative work of God through Christ and the Holy Spirit.
The church does not formally adopt Calvinist or Arminian theological positions on election. Rather, emphasis is placed on the Spirit's work through the church community and on the visible signs of God's saving power through healing and transformation.
