The Moravian Church observes Sunday as the primary day of worship, commemorating Christ's resurrection. There is no requirement for Sabbath observance on Saturday. The tradition understands that believers are not bound by Old Testament ceremonial law. However, Moravian piety emphasizes the sanctity of all time—every day belongs to God and should be lived in awareness of His presence. Rather than restricting holiness to Saturday or Sunday, the Moravian approach seeks daily consecration to God.
