Oneness Pentecostal churches do not use the Trinitarian formula 'in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost' but instead baptize exclusively 'in the name of Jesus Christ' based on Acts 2:38. This is understood as the true apostolic formula.
Oneness theology interprets Matthew 28:19 ('Father, Son, Holy Ghost') as titles or manifestations of the one God, not as three distinct persons. The actual baptismal invocation is in Jesus' singular name.
