Unlike Jehovah's Witnesses, Armstrongism does not maintain a formal, church-wide prohibition against blood transfusions. However, some individual Armstrongist members may personally object to transfusions based on their reading of Acts 15:28-29 and other scriptural passages. This is left to individual conscience rather than being enforced as denominational doctrine.
Different Armstrongist groups may advise members differently on medical interventions, but there is no unified position requiring refusal of transfusions. Some members receive transfusions without moral scruple, while others avoid them. This variation reflects the general Armstrongist principle that believers should be guided by Scripture and conscience rather than by unbiblical human traditions in matters of medicine.
