The Universal Church of the Kingdom of God teaches a conditional doctrine of predestination. God foreknows all things and foresees who will respond to the gospel through their exercise of free will. Predestination, in the UCKG view, is based on God's foresight of human faith and obedience, not on an arbitrary divine decree that some are chosen and others rejected.

God's desire is universal — He wills the salvation and prosperity of all people. The gospel is offered freely to all, and individuals are free to accept or reject it. The UCKG emphasizes that human choice matters and that believers can cooperate with God's grace through faith and obedience. The seed-faith principle reflects this understanding: believers activate divine blessing through their choices to give, to believe, to pray, and to obey church teachings.

Predestination is understood not as fatalism but as divine foreknowledge working in concert with human free will. God foreknows the future but does not force it. Believers are called to press into faith, to give seed-faith offerings, to obey the word, and to persevere in confidence that God will bless them. These choices, freely made, truly shape one's destiny and determine whether one experiences the fullness of blessing God intends.
