Marian apparitions and the reported miracles of saints are part of the church's lived experience of God's continuing grace. The Syro-Malabar Church, like all Catholic churches, venerates Mary and the saints, recognizing that their intercession and the graces obtained through their relics and devotion are part of God's plan for the church. The Magisterium discerns authentic private revelation from false claims and directs the faithful in responding appropriately.
