The Cherubim and Seraphim Church affirms the literal, bodily return of Jesus Christ to earth. This second coming is understood as imminent — it could occur at any time, and believers are called to live in constant readiness. The return of Christ will be visible, glorious, and unmistakable; all humanity will recognize His coming. At this time, the dead in Christ will be raised, believers will be transformed and caught up to meet the Lord, and the final judgment will commence.

The C&S leans toward premillennial eschatology — the expectation that Christ will return to establish a thousand-year (millennial) reign of peace and righteousness on earth. This framework emphasizes that history as currently constituted is marked by evil and suffering, and that Christ's return will bring liberation and renewal. The second coming is both a promise of salvation for the faithful and a threat of judgment for the wicked.

The imminence of the second coming shapes C&S spiritual urgency. Believers are exhorted to persevere in prayer, to maintain separation from sin, and to evangelize with zeal because the time of Christ's return is near. There is little room for complacency or worldly compromise. The white garments, night vigils, and intercessory prayer of the C&S express this eschatological expectation and readiness for Christ's imminent arrival.
