The Universal Church of the Kingdom of God teaches that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ combined with active obedience, including the practice of seed-faith giving. Salvation is understood not merely as forensic justification or the forgiveness of past sins but as spiritual liberation from demonic bondage and oppression. Conversion involves turning from sin and demonic powers and embracing faith in Christ as Savior and Deliverer.

A distinctive feature of UCKG soteriology is the integration of the prosperity gospel with salvation theology. The UCKG teaches that God desires the salvation and material prosperity of all believers. This is often expressed through the seed-faith principle: believers plant financial seeds (gifts, tithes, offerings) in faith, and God multiplies them back in spiritual and material blessing. Salvation thus includes not only the forgiveness of sins but freedom from poverty, sickness, and spiritual attack — and the experience of abundance and success in this life.

Salvation is conditional and ongoing. Believers must maintain faith, continue to give seed-faith offerings, and obey the teachings of the church and its leaders. Apostasy or failure to persist in faith and obedience can result in loss of salvation. This Arminian framework, combined with the emphasis on seed-faith giving and present prosperity, shapes the UCKG's call to believers to press forward, to give sacrificially, and to expect visible, tangible blessings from God.
