The Universal Church of the Kingdom of God takes a nuanced premillennial position on Revelation 20:1-6. Satan is understood to be bound spiritually by Christ's redemptive work; believers have access to the 'thousand-year' spiritual reign of Christ through faith and the Holy Spirit. However, Satan also remains active in the world, oppressing and deceiving unbelievers and tempting believers.

In UCKG eschatology, the 'thousand years' is understood both as a spiritual reality (Christ's spiritual reign present in and through the Church) and as a future literal or symbolic period. The UCKG emphasizes that believers now participate in Christ's victory over Satan through spiritual authority — the ability to rebuke demons, claim healing, and exercise dominion in spiritual warfare.

The UCKG's understanding does not strictly separate present spiritual experience from future eschatological fulfillment. Believers experience the kingdom of God now (healing, deliverance, blessing) while awaiting the full establishment of the kingdom at Christ's return. Revelation 20:1-6 is read as validating both present spiritual reality and future hope.
