The C&MA affirms premillennialism as its traditional eschatological position, teaching that Christ will return before the thousand-year kingdom described in Revelation 20. At his return, Christ will bind Satan, raise the righteous dead, and establish a literal reign of peace for one thousand years. This kingdom is understood as a future, literal historical period in which Christ visibly reigns on earth.

Within premillennial theology, the C&MA has historically emphasized a pretribulational rapture view — that believers will be "caught up" (raptured) before the tribulation and restored to earth with Christ for the millennial reign. This view reflects the C&MA emphasis on Christ's imminence and the blessed hope of the saints.

The C&MA affirms a significant role for Israel in the millennium and end times, not replacing Israel with the church but seeing both Jews and Gentiles having distinct but unified roles in God's redemptive plan. The millennium is understood as a time when Christ reigns, Satan is bound, and the earth experiences unprecedented peace and righteousness. After the thousand years, Satan is released for a final rebellion, defeated, and then comes the eternal state — the new heavens and new earth where God dwells with his people forever. This premillennial framework gives coherence to the C&MA's interpretation of biblical prophecy and its missionary urgency.
