The Cherubim and Seraphim Church does not impose a uniform eschatological system regarding the millennium. Different branches and leaders within the C&S hold either premillennial views (that Christ will return before establishing a literal thousand-year reign) or amillennial views (that the thousand years are symbolic, and the Kingdom is realized spiritually in the present age). What unites the C&S is not conformity to a single eschatological schema but emphasis on the present reality of God's Kingdom and the urgent call to Kingdom living.

The C&S's practical concern is not detailed prophetic calculation but the present encounter with God's power through the Holy Spirit and the advancement of God's kingdom through prayer, deliverance, and mission. The spiritual forces of evil are understood as already defeated by Christ but not yet fully cast out; believers are called to participate in Christ's victory through prayer and spiritual warfare in the present. Whether the fulfillment of all things occurs through a literal millennium or through the gradual expansion of God's kingdom is not binding for C&S identity.

What is clear is the affirmation that God's kingdom will ultimately triumph, that Christ will reign, and that righteousness will be established. The C&S's engagement with end-times theology is motivated by the desire to live under God's kingdom rule now and to participate in the advancing victory of Christ over evil.
