Across all its expressions, the Charismatic Movement affirms heaven as the eternal dwelling of the redeemed in the presence of God. This hope motivates the movement's eschatological expectancy and its emphasis on spiritual experience as a foretaste of the coming Kingdom. The Holy Spirit himself is understood as the 'deposit' or 'first fruits' of the heavenly inheritance (Ephesians 1:14).

Many charismatic believers report experiences of heavenly visions, near-death experiences, or prophetic encounters interpreted as glimpses of the divine realm. While these claims are handled differently across traditions, they reflect the movement's confident belief in the reality of heaven as a present spiritual realm that will be fully revealed at Christ's return.
